Shipping policy

We ship most products within 1-3 business days.

Shipping cost is $5.90 for orders up to 1 pound, $11.90 for orders 1-5 pounds, and $27.90 for orders over 5 pounds. Longer and larger items will be bumped up to heavier weight prices due to the fact that shipping companies also charge more for larger packages (known as dimensional weight). We provide FREE shipping for orders that reach $85 or over.

Please note: Some of our products (such as our t-shirts) are made-to-order. This means it can be 3-5 business days (or longer during busy times such as the weeks before Christmas) before your item will ship due to the time needed for production. Thank you for your patience!

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

If your item is on back order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-10 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Most of our products are stocked in our personal warehouse and can be shipped in 1-3 business days. Some of our items are made-to-order and this means it can be 3-6 business days (or longer during busy times such as the weeks before Christmas) before your item will ship due to the time needed for production. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
